The beautiful land of Bali
In the small, remote village of Sesandan located within the spiritual city of Tabanan, Bali, Indonesia, I spent a month studying and practicing with locals to become certified to teach traditional Balinese Yoga. We spent over 4 hours a day doing Yoga in the summer heat and ended with a final exam. I enjoy using this yoga training to inform my teaching practice.
